Colin has wide-ranging expertise gained from 30 years’ experience in the global pensions industry, including roles as EMEA business leader, partner & consultant, overseas secondments and working in-house. He was previously EMEA Chief Commercial Officer for one of the largest global pension & investment consultancies.
He is a qualified UK and Sweden actuary and holds a Diploma in International Employee Benefits. He was the Principal Examiner and Main Board Committee member for the International Employee Benefits Association for almost 15 years. He has also had a secondment to the UK Pensions Regulator and participated in working parties with the European Insurance & Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA)
Colin enjoys travel, running and music. He plays the trombone in a local community Wind Band.

A qualified teacher with a Masters in Education and Teaching English as a Foreign Language qualifications, Sarah has worked with UK and international students across a range of subjects to help them achieve success and reach their full potential.
Sarah has been with Colin throughout his 30-year professional career; and has heard a lot from him about pensions. She knows that many people around the world struggle to understand pensions.
Sarah enjoys travel, cooking and learning languages. She is currently learning French, has some elementary Swedish, and has recently obtained a qualification in Latin.
