Surely this is it – and there won’t be another change. However given that the role of CEO for the new system (NAERSA) is currently being advertised, I sense a risk of a further change just in order for full reassurance the leadership, governance, technology and fund operations will be fully in place, working and trusted.
But there are many employees who have not been offered a “pension” plan by their employers (some have also decided not to join them) so important this gets off the ground and those without a “pension” plan get the opportunity to have one.
