Haines Global Pensions was set up to work with employers, advisory firms, pension fund providers, governments and regulators.
We are therefore delighted to announce that Colin Haines has been appointed as Senior Advisor at The Pensions Regulator in the UK. He has a Director level role in the Strategy, Policy & Analysis directorate, and will be providing senior support for the next few months primarily to the Evidence & External Risks and Policy teams.
Initial areas of focus will be Retirement, Collective Defined Contribution (CDC), Defined Benefit endgame planning, policy work for the new Pension Schemes Act 2026, and development of links with international stakeholders.
