Global employers with operations in Guernsey need to be aware of the new local requirements for pensions.
All employers must now provide a pension for all their employees according to employment law from June 30th 2024. This has been set with a deadline for all employees to be enrolled into a company pension before October 2025.
Have you managed to prepare and manage this new change?
In particular, employers with 6-10 employees need to act before January 2025 and those with less than 5 employees need to get this implemented after the New Year to meet the deadline!
